Whereas in consequence of all the above, there is sufficient evidence against: 1°) Djibril Alphagalo: a) for having, in Omo, Rural Municipality of Bondo, Koro Circle, on the 14th of March 2005, in any case less than ten years ago, together and in concert with Aly Alphagalo, by means of violence and threats abducted Halimatou Bamadio from where she had been placed by those vested with authority over, in this case her parents; b) for having, in Omo, Rural Municipality of Bondo, Koro Circle, on the 14th of March 2005, in any case less than ten years ago, together and in concert with Aly Alphagalo, arrested and detained Halimatou Bamadio, without order by the legitimate authorities and outside cases provided by law; c) for having, in Omo, Rural Municipality of Bondo, Koro Circle, in the month of March 2005, committed, with violence and threats, acts of sexual penetration on the person of Halimatou Bamadio, coupled with the circumstance that at the time, the victim was under the age of fifteen; 2°) Aly Alphagalo: a) for having, in Omo, Rural Municipality of Bondo, Koro Circle, on the 14th of March 2005, in any case less than ten years ago, together and in concert with Djibril Alphagalo, by means of violence and threats, abducted Halimatou Bamadio from where she had been placed by those vested with authority over, in this case her parents; b) for having, in Omo, Rural Municipality of Bondo, Koro Circle, on the 14th of March 2005, in any case less than ten years ago, together and in concert with Djibril Alphagalo, arrested and detained Halimatou Bamadio, without order by the legitimate authorities and outside cases provided by law; c) for being, in Omo, Rural Municipality of Bondo, Koro Circle, in the month of March 2005, in any case less than ten years ago, an accomplice to the offence of rape charged against Djibril Alphagalo
