V. DECISION OF THE COURT [7] Declares the appeal of Bigirimana Jean Claude admissible because it had been filed in the manner and within the period prescribed by law, but finds it baseless. [8] Declares and orders that the judgment No. RP 0750/06 / TGI / RBV issued by the Rubavu High Court on 19/11/2007 is unchanged except in respect of the legal costs, as the grounds of Bigirimana Jean Claude’s appeal are unfounded. [9] Orders Bigirimana Jean Claude to pay twelve thousand francs (12,500 Frw) in legal costs, failing which within the time prescribed by law the State can forcibly remove it from his property.
