Therefore I see accepting the motions according to article 188 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1991 to assure the integrity of the procedures and maintain justice. All the motions are concentric around the court’s failure to explain the velocity of the guilty plea and its meaning to the defendant. And that the guilty plea taken was not detailed and clear, and since the crime is punishable by death, therefore the defendant has the right to aide and disposition of a legal counsel. The subject-matter of the court was ought to make sure of that. The Interim Constitution 2005 mentions in Article 31/6 that reads:
