Domestic Violence Act Act 2010 (c) the usual pl ace of residence of the victim and the perpetrator; (d) the names, sex and ages of the children of the victim and the perpetrator, if any ; (e) the nature of the a\1eged domestic violence; (f) the date or time frame of the alleged domestic viol ence; (g) whether it is the first time of reportin g by the victim or hi s or her representative, or how many times the matter has been previ ously reported; and (h) any attempts to settle the matter out o f court. (4) T he detai ls regardin g the manner of hearin g cases of domesti c violence by a local council court shall be prescribed by regul ations made under thi s Act. (5) A local council court may, in the exercise of its ju1i sdi ction under thi s section, m ake any of the followin g orders for the vi ctim or against the perpetrator(a) caution; (b) apology to the victim ; (c) counsellin g; (d) community service ; (e) a fin e not exceeding twenty five cunency points; (f) compensation ; (g) reconciliation ; (h) declaration ; (i) restitution ; U) attachment and sale; or (k) any other order provided fo r under the Local Council Courts Act, 2006 .
