receiving allowances from the latter often
indulging in prostitution: - by employing,
training, or abducting C.R to make her a sex
worker or by threatening her into prostitution
for her to continue doing it

At the beginning of the case, the State Counsel
exposed that he had the above-mentioned
Accused appear in Court at this day’s hearing, to
present their defence with respect to the above
prejudice.
Then, the Court Registrar read out documents of
the case file;
The accused were interrogated;
The Legal Department presented its submissions;
The Accused presented arguments in their
defence;
They were recognised to speak last;
The Court Registrar recorded the answers of the
accused;
Based on the full trial, the court decided as
follows:
THE COURT:
Mindful of the documents in the case file;
Having listened to the replies of the Accused;
Having listened to the submissions of the Legal
Department;
Having listened to the arguments of the Accused
in their defence, and who spoke last;
FACTS AND PROCEDURE
On 26 December 2019, C.R reported to the
Central Police Station of Ouahigouya where she
filed a complaint for pimping, abortion, and
defamation against S.O;
Whereas she stated that she left Nigeria to
Burkina Faso in search of greener pastures as
