M.W v Republic [2013] eKLR Appellant properly understood, that enabled him to properly respond as to how he intended to proceed with his defence. I do accordingly find that neither Section 210 nor 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code were violated by the trial court. In the premises, I find that the prosecution proved its case beyond all reasonable doubts and the appeal is hereby dismissed in its entirety.
