Appellant properly understood, that enabled him to properly respond as to how he intended to proceed
with his defence.
I do accordingly find that neither Section 210 nor 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code were violated by
the trial court.
In the premises, I find that the prosecution proved its case beyond all reasonable doubts and the
appeal is hereby dismissed in its entirety. The Appellant shall continue to serve the same sentences
unless he is otherwise lawfully set free.
