Court acquits him contrary to the 1st Judge who deduced the absence of consent from the
alleged victim's legal age; it charges the proceedings' fees to the Treasury. The Court shall
nullify the work of the 1st Judge in all its dispositions.

After a public and due hearing of both parties,
Having heard the Prosecution,
Receives the appeal and declares it founded, it nullifies the work of the 1st Judge in all its
dispositions, ruling again and doing what the 1st Judge should have done.
It finds the accusation of rape of children awarded to Kamalebo Wilondja Bezo not
established both in fact and in law, acquitting him.
It places the proceedings' fees under the responsibility of the Treasury.
The Appeals Court of Bukavu thus gathered and pronounced in the public hearing of the 29 th
