[Handwriting: 17 - 2] After response and comment according to Article (163) of the Personal Status Act of 1991 the Subject-Matter Court ruled and thereafter the General Court decided. Going back to the appealed decision, we find that the appeal was formally rejected because it was filed after the appeal deadline, without an explanation for the late filing or a request for extension of appeal deadline. Appeal time-frame is 15 days starting from the date of oral decision, and late filing forfeit the claimant right of appeal unless the claimant file for extension of appeal time {Mohamed Elkhair Eltayeb vs. Crops and Trade Co. Ltd. No. A/M T/253/76}. Since appeal was filed on 7/28/2015 about a month of the issuance, therefore the decision to formally reject it was correct, which calls upon us to uphold it, and reject the appeal in brief, considering the opinion of the honorable colleagues in the district.
