I would finally say on the proceeding of this case that the suits of family affairs are special suits where hence all the parties work to implement the Sharaih rules and amicably dissolve the dispute between the parties. Any adhesive attitude in such cases shall have a bad effect on the party’s relation widening the gap and make it difficult to reach an amicable solution.
