I would finally say on the proceeding of this case that the suits of family affairs are special suits where hence all the parties work to implement the Sharaih rules and amicably dissolve the dispute between the parties. Any adhesive attitude in such cases shall have a bad effect on the party’s relation widening the gap and make it difficult to reach an amicable solution. As per the whole of the above-mentioned reasons I think it’s necessary to refer the case to the court to be dealt with according to this memo.
