Whereas P.S.M declares to have been dismissed from his duties as Director of SOS School following accusations made to the school founders by D.L, against him, for sexual harassment; that he recruited the latter for the 2016-2017 school year in the capacity of teacher, whose contract he renewed the following year, but when he refused to renew it a second time, she falsely accused him of sexual harassment and claimed that in order to teach in the school, every female teacher had to have sexual relations with him first; that as he rejected her application for renewal due to her unjustified absences and late-coming coupled to her indecent dressing; regarding the complaint made against him by D.L for sexual harassment, P.S.M unequivocally refuted the acts of which he was accused and said he had nothing to say concerning DJINEKAMA Lucie’s statements purporting that they had sexual relations; D.L on her part states that ever since she was recruited, she has been a victim of sexual harassment and touching by P.S.M who was the school Director; that on several occasions, he made her advances which she refused, but whenever she went to his office on a daily routine to have her preparation notebook stamped, he touched her and asked her to caress him; that often, he ran to the door before her and locked it, then dropped down his trousers and asked her to caress his private part; that each time, she was forced to struggle to get out; she admits having had sexual relations with P.S.M during the month of July 2017, which was the condition for the renewal of her contract for the 2017-2018 school year; that for the year 2018-2019, not having passed her integration test in the civil service, she wanted to renew her contract in the said school but P.S.M still posed sexual intercourse as a condition for renewal; that not having accepted the condition of P.S.M, the latter simply dismissed her; Continuing the investigation, the judicial police interviewed several witnesses, including Mrs. SAMPEBGO Angèle who declared that she began her internship on 7 January 2016 at SOS Enfants school under the directorship of P.S.M; that while there, he made her advances which she turned down; that during holidays when she asked him if he would renew her contract, he got angry and told her to come back later and did not renew it; The new director of the school, BARRY Mamadou Michel said that D.L had confided in him that she had been a victim of sexual harassment by their director, and he also learned that other teachers had been dismissed because they refused the former’s advances; On her part, BADINI Mariam, recruited for the 2017-2018 school year, said she had never received any advances from Director nor sexually harassed by him; PARE Henry Bonaventure also recruited for 1 school year, 2017-2018, testified that apart from D.L, no other woman ever told him that they had been victims of sexual harassment by their director; 7 Scanned with CamScanner
