Two men are accused of attempted rape on minors less than 13 years old, pedophilia and child abduction. The court disqualifies the accusation of attempted rape and replaces it with sexual indecency. They are found guilty and sentenced to 2 years’ imprisonment each as well as monetary fines. Both parties appeal this decision. After due consideration of facts presented, the Court acquits them of sexual indecency, finds them guilty of pedophilia and abduction of a minor, maintains the 2 years’ imprisonment sentence and modifies their fines.
