We constantly receive information that, when people come to the police or gendarmerie to lodge a complaint for sexual assault and physical assault or violence, some judicial police officers ask them to produce medical certificates, before receiving their complaint. The same is true when victims go to complain directly to some Offices of the State Counsel. 1
