In this case, a fixed-term employment contract for some women wasunilaterally interrupted by the employer before its termination. The employees engaged legal proceedings for claims and damages against the employer. The court in its judgment found the plaintiffs’ claims well-founded and ordered the employer to pay them damages. Not satisfied with the judgment, the employer appealed against the judgment of the court and the employees. The Court received the appeal, and in regard to the provisions of Article L25 of the Labor Code validated the previous judgment in its entirety.
