time being in force, such person may only be granted probate or letters of administration subject to the exception of such land there from. (2) Letters of administration limited to land excepted under the foregoing subsection shall, on the application of the Administrator-General or any person beneficially interested, or his guardian, be granted to the Administrator-General and no consent under any written law shall be required to such grant.” (s) For section 232 thereof, by substituting the following, 234.
