S.S (aged 17 years at the time of the offence) is accused of raping S.T, while O.K and O.S (both minors) are accused of complicity in the offence committed by S.S. The facts are that S.T had accompanied O.S to their residence to prepare salad; but upon arriving there, they met S.S who is cousin to O.S. O.S then left them in the sitting room and went away. It is then that S.S locked the door and forced S.T to have sex with him. Meanwhile, O.K was in at home when the incident happened, but he claims he did not intervene because he thought S.S and S.T had both agreed to have sex, though it seemed they were initially in disaccord. S.S admits to the accusations, but says, though he began by using force to undress S.T, the latter consented before they had intercourse. The Court acquits O.K and O.K for benefit of doubts, but sentences S.S to 3 years in prison.
