I- FACTS
On January 28, 2019, the Deputy Central Police
Commissioner of the Ouahigouya Central Police Station
instructed the elements of the Research Brigade to search for
the alleged accomplice of Rosemary EKPO, named Bintou,
allegedly involved in pimping; She was apprehended and
taken to the Central Police Station the same day, with her
consent, and a search was carried out at 6:55 pm at her home
in her presence, during which 20 (twenty) packets of
condoms, 19 (nineteen) of which were male and 1 (one )
female, were discovered and seized;
When questioned about the origin and presence of the
packets of condoms, she declared that she bought them for
her personal use and to resell them to Nigerian prostitutes;
When questioned on the charges against her, P. F
stated that she met EPKO Rosemary Akrassi in
Ouahigouya about a year ago; that they both practise
prostitution in the same courtyard in Sector No. 4 of
Ouahigouya; that she has never entrusted her with girls for
prostitution; that she has no idea where the three girls that
EPKO Rosemary Akrassi conveyed to Ouahigouya on 23
January 2019 went to;
On June 18, 2019, the State Counsel of Faso acting in
flagrante delicto investigation into the acts of complicity
in human trafficking and attempted pimping against P.
F, heard EPKO Rosemary Akrassi as a witness; she
stated that P. F contacted a gentleman in Nigeria to bring
the girls to her; that she was responsible for
transporting the girls to Burkina Faso on behalf of P.
F; that the woman named Rose, whom she had spoken of
during her trial, was the lady who handed the gentleman's
