A in Ouahigouya, in the course of January 2019, less than 3 (three) years ago, in the acts of human trafficking, in this case by contacting her and paying transport costs to enable recruitment, transport, transfer, accommodation or reception of minors, namely D. E, M.A Faith and U.M from Lagos/Nigeria to Ouahigouya/ Burkina Faso to engage them in prostitution; Acts provided for and punished by articles131-4,131-5, 511-1,511-2,5511-3 and 511-4 of the Penal Code; Also accused of having, in the same circumstances of time and place, less than 3 (three) years ago, attempted to commit pimping, the said attempt manifested by a commencement of execution, in the case at hand the act of sending the minors D. S. E, M.A Faith and U.M through the intermediary of E. R. A with a view to engaging them in prostitution and profiting from them; the latter only failed to have effect as a result of circumstances beyond her control, in the case at hand the arrest of EPKO Rosemary Akrassi by the police and the guard of the said minors by the same police; Acts provided for and punished by articles 1221,122-2, 122-4, 533-21,533-22, 533-23 of the Penal Code; ON THE OTHER HAND Entered on the cause list of July 24, 2019, the case was postponed to August 14, 2019, for the production of the accused and the appearance of victims. At the hearing of August 14, 2019, the case was again postponed to the hearing of August 28, 2019, for the production of the accused and the witness. On 28/08/2019, the accused and the witness were produced. During the appeal, the State Counsel stated that he had summoned the accused named above before the court at today's hearing, to defend himself on account of the aforementioned prejudice; When questioned in accordance with Article 321-18 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the accused declared that she wished to be tried immediately; The President then upheld the case to the aforementioned hearing; audience;
