[Handwriting: 18 - 3] [Second Judge] In my opinion there is a Safety issue that needs revisiting, since it is one of the Subordination conditions, and one of the conditions for denying Divorce for Harm claim. Although the Defendant denied inflicting the harm claimed by the Plaintiff, the Subject-Matter Court should have heard an evidence from the Defendant (Respondent) that he is a safe company to the Plaintiff (Claimant) on herself and her property, in order to rule the denial of the claim. Therefore, I advise that we overlook formality (Time limitation) for the sake of addressing an urgent issue in the core of the claim. Furthermore, I advise to order an extension of deadline, and a grant of Appeal. Fee difference, if any, shall be collected within 3 days 2- The Respondent shall be summoned, with a copy of the motion of remedy, for the purpose of responding to it within (7) days after service of summon. 3- The third [judge] opinion shall be the final one.
