(a) That SELLU JALLOW is allowed to continue on his existing bail pending the appeal to be filed by the State pursuant to Section 285 (e) (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code. (b) That while on bail, SELLU JALLOW shall report every Monday to the Janjanbureh Police Station. (c) Pursuant to Section 285 (e) (4) these orders shall be deemed quashed if the Petitioner fails to file their Notice and Grounds of Appeal within 30 days.
