It is thus that, facing the above mentioned grave and dangerous threats to her marriage , the accused continued, harassing the victim at every encounter, placing her at his mercy and not knowing what to do, to take by force certain high-valued goods namely her second golden chain, a ring and even money; Not being able to take any more because she began to feel ill, NKUSU finally talked to her sister Getou, who went to meet with the accused's mother in order to for him to stop and that instead, the accused had the gall to, in the month of June 2012, call the victim's husband to tell him that he needed to talk to him about some trouble with his marriage, his life and his wife, even describing to him the interior of his home and taking from him 500$ USD, making him believe that his wife owed him the amount. Faced with the threats, blackmail and pressure being put on her, NKUSU had a fit and finds herself in a psychiatric clinic suffering from puerperal psychosis; It is thus that due to a complaint from the victim's husband MBALAKU, the Official of the Judicial Police arrested the accused after hearing him in a formal investigation, placing him before the Prosecution whom has seized the Court of First Instance of Kinshasa/Gombe, which pronounced the judgement here under appeal;
