ON THE FORM
Having regard to the appeal filed on the 6th of July 2006 with the Registry of the
Court of Appeal of Mopti by the State Prosecutor, represented by Mr Mohamed
Abdourahamane MAIGA, Advocate General at the Court of Appeal, against Djibril
Alphagalo Mopti, Aly Alphagalo and Judgment No.114 of 6th July 2006 of the
Trial Chamber of the Assizes Court of Mopti;
Having regard to the certificate issued by the Chief Registrar of this Court
showing that the appellant, exempt from statutory payment into Court, did not file
any additional written statements;
Having regard to Articles 513 and 518 of the Criminal Procedure Code which
impose forfeiture of the right of appeal on an appellant who fails to pay the
statutory deposit into Court and/or submit additional written statements;
Having regard to the indictment on 7th February 2008 by
the Advocate General at the Supreme Court of Mali;
