On 10/28/2015 the claimant presented her appeal through her attorney that we formally accept since it was presented within the time-frame legally acceptable according to Articles 159 - 174 of the Civil Procedure Act amended 2009. Summation of facts is that the claimant’s claim against the respondent on the basis that he is her husband legally and that she previously filed a claim for divorce number: 1774/2014 that was denied, and since hardship continued, she filed a divorce claim for hardship and the court appointed two arbitrators.
