On the report by President Boubacar DIALLO and the written and oral submissions of the Advocate General and Moussa Balla KEITA Having deliberated in accordance with the law; ON THE FORM By Certificate No.91 of 16 November 1999 issued by the Registry of the Court of Appeal of Bamako, Maitre Ousmana DIAKITE, Attorney at the Court acting in the name and on behalf of Simiti aka Fatoumata FOFANA and Oumar DIALLO, lodged an appeal against Judgment No.201 of 15th November 1999 of the Correctional Chamber of the said Court, passed in the above-specified procedure against his clients.
