Where he explained in support of his complaint that on Thursday 06/06/2013, his younger sister K.A informed him that, coming from school to home, she was called by the named B.C, that the latter made her understand that she was bewitched by wizards and that he could free her from evil spirits. That he recommended her to meet him at home at 3 p.m., with a candle kept in a hand bag. That accompanied by her niece, she went to said home; That once on the scene, the defendant found ways and means to keep away the niece and stay alone with the named K.A; That once in the room, he asked her to get naked so that he could deliver her; That he took advantage of this opportunity to touch her sex; That, when she wanted to put up a resistance, he threatened to kill her; That under the aforementioned threats, he succeeded by force in having sexual intercourse with her; Considering that the victim K.A, aged 17, was also heard in the presence of his elder brother KA; That she explained that she was invited to the home of the named B.C who had told her that she was bewitched and that he could deliver her from evil spirits; That once they were alone in the defendant's room, the defendant took out some kaolin and then some liquor and asked her to undress before he began his prayer; That having obeyed, he coated the body with kaolin and then asked her to lie down on his mattress; That then he inserted his finger in her sex and when she wanted to put up a resistance, he threatened her and abused her; That after his crime, he threatened her again of killing her if she repeated the facts to a third person; That being frightened, she decided to inform her elder brother; Considering that the defendant was summoned and questioned in his turn; That he declared that he called out to young K.A who was returning from school to tell her that she was sinking into the dark spiritually and that he could deliver her by prayers; That he invited her to his house by ordering her to bring candles in a black bag; That after the prayer session, he invited the above-named to bed and slept with her; That he added that the fact of having made the victim believe that she was falling into the darkness and that he could deliver her was only a trick to attract the latter to his house and make her his girlfriend ;
