When a hearing was held for this case, the State Prosecutor stated that he had summoned the
above mentioned parties to appear and a hearing was scheduled on July 29, 2015 for the accused
to defend himself against the above-mentioned charge, for the party claiming damages, to rule on
the merits of its pleadings for damages and interests or any other civil reparations, of the
procedure launched against Assitan DIAKITE;
Till date, the case was successively postponed right to the hearing of 04/11/2015, date on which
it was called up and discussed for the judgement passed on 25/11/2015;
