Appeal by convict in a case concerning sexual abuse against an eleven year old. The accused was convicted under Article 45/C of the Child Act. It is found that the evidence, including testimony of victim and witnesses, is sufficient to reach a ruling beyond any reasonable doubt. The appeal is rejected.
