Civil party concluding at the hearing with the assistance of her counsel;
ON THE ONE HAND
And:
… born on 09 July 1993 in Dakar to …., tailor residing in Castor;
Detained following detention warrant of 13 March 2015;
Accused of rape, illicit collection of personal information, and attempt to
extort money;
Appearing at the hearing with the assistance of her counsel;
ON THE OTHER HAND
Questioned by the President at the hearing of 17 March 2015 in conformity
with article 384 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the accused declared that he
wanted to be judged immediately, but the case was repeatedly adjourned till
07 April 2015 for the appearance of the civil party and witness;
On this date, the case was heard;
When the case was called up for hearing, the Prosecutor stated that he had
brought the aforementioned accused before the Court on this day to defend
himself on account of the above-mentioned accusations;
The Registrar took notes;
The accused was questioned;
The civil party made her request;
The Prosecutor presented his requisitions;
The accused's counsel presented his means of defense;
With that, the deliberations were declared closed;
Then, the Court, in accordance with the law, ruled as follows:
