Emmanuel is convicted to 20 years’ imprisonment for raping 15-year-old Beatrice. He appeals this decision, requesting a reduced sentence, plead guilty and says he is willing to apologize. Prosecution however insists for the sentence to be maintained. The Court after analyzing the facts, reduces his sentence to 10 years’ imprisonment.
