Summary: An Act of Parliament to provide for the functions, organization and administration of the National Intelligence Service pursuant to Article 239(6) of the Constitution; to give effect to Article 242(2) and other relevant provisions of the Constitution; to provide for the establishment of oversight bodies and for connected purposes. The Act contains 9 Parts, 82 articles and four Schedules. Of particular relevance are Part IV. Limitation of rights and fundamental freedoms and Part VI. Offences.
