in Ouagadougou in December 20.., period of time not covered by the statute of
limitations, without violence, coercion or surprise;
Acts provided for and punished by article 411 and 413 of the Penal Code;
ON THE OTHER HAND;
During the appeal, the State Counsel stated that by a writ dated June 10,
2011 served through administrative proceedings, he summoned the
above-mentioned accused before the Court at the hearing of November
8, 2010, to defend himself on account of the above-mentioned prejudice.
The President, after having verified the identity of the accused, gave
State Counsel:
notice of the act referring the case to the Court.

The Legal Department summarized the case and requested against the
SERE Ousmane
accused an actual prison term of 12 (twelve) months.
Following the end of hearings, the Court reserved the case for judgement
to be handed down on November 29, 2011.
