ROWLAND J.C.A.: I had the privilege of reading before now the judgment just delivered by my learned
brother Akaahs. J.C.A. He has adequately dealt with all the issues raised and canvassed in this appeal. I
therefore agree with his reasoning and conclusion. I also would allow the appeal of appellant's
conviction for the offence of rape but would substitute it with attempted rape.
I endorse the order on sentence.
Appeal succeeds in part.
