An Act to provide for the tenure, ownership and management of land; to amend and consolidate the law relating to tenure, ownership and management of land; and to provide for other related or incidental matters.
The Act contains six Parts: I. Preliminary; II. Land Holding; III. Control of Land Use; IV. Land Management; V. Land Tribunals; VI. Miscellaneous. Section 28 covers Rights of women, children and persons with disability regarding customary land.
