On the face of the subject matter I do not see any hope on the validity of this appeal where the supreme court is a court of legal affairs and that the appellant did not justify the points contradicting the law of the decision made and because of his denial of the beating and the claim made against him and later confessed to these claims and also that he confesses that no compromise has been reached and it is established that the beating is not fit for the status of the respondent, for all these reasons the support of the appeal court of the decision reached is justifiable for all of the mentioned reasons and with the approval and consent of my fellow judges, we summarize to reject the appeal summarily along with the legal fee. For this, the decision of the claim made is justifiable and valid and came in accordance to the law and to the Sharia’ laws.
