This case concerns a marriage which took place even though the father of the bride prohibited it. For the Court, it is crucial to answer the question of whether the marriage contract was executed before or after the objections of the father. Also issues related to the provision of support by the father and the consummation of the marriage are considered. The case is referred back to the Court of First Instance.
