The appellant in this second appeal was charged in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Kitale with the offence of Defilement of a child contrary to Section 8(1) as read with Section 8(4) of the Sexual Offences Act – Act No. 3 of 2006. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 15 years. The appellant felt dissatisfied with the conviction and sentence. The first appeal was rejected - also this second appeal is dismissed.
