If the courts are to allow male adults to lure young girls into sex
and indiscriminately pregnanting them, we would be failing in
our mandate of administering justice in our society so that our
people live in peace and harmony.

Both the victim and the victim's father, mother siblings and
relatives were traumatized and frustrated by the action done by
the convict.

The victim's rights were violated as a woman. She might lose
chances of ever getting a right minded man to marry her.

The convict has been on remand for a period o f slightly over 3
years.
With the above reasons, the convict 1s sentenced to 4 (four years)
imprisonment in prison. Rights of Appeal only explained to the
parties.
