Every bond and general security covenant entered into under the Immigration Regulations (now revoked) and still valid and enforceable immediately before the commencement of these Regulations shall be deemed to be a security bond or general security covenant entered into under these Regulations and the provisions of these Regulations shall apply accordingly. 43. The Minister may amend a form contained in the First Schedule and that amendment need not be published in the Gazette.
