T.Y is accused of having attempted raping a woman at the farm with the help of a knife used to threaten the woman, and that it is thanks to the intervention of the population that T.Y could not proceed with the act. T.Y refutes all allegations, and says he had simply asked for water to drink, and was surprised when the crowd came after him for attempting to rape the woman. T.Y says at the Court that he had earlier admitted to the accusation during preliminary interrogations, because he had been threatened with torture. After examining all arguments and evidence, the Court does not find sufficient reason to condemn the accused, and thus acquits him on the benefit of doubts.
