[Handwriting: 18 - 2] The Claimant did not accept the ruling, and filed a motion to remedy through appeal, in this court on 08/25/2010, requesting it to be granted. That is because the Respondent drinks alcohol, and he previously threatened to kill her; he previously brought her under his subordination, but he does not know the conditions of subordination, and knows nothing but beating. A ruling was issued in the presence of the Claimant on 08/05/2010, and she filed an Appeal to this court on 08/25/2010. Hence, it was filed beyond the time limitation provided by the law; therefore, we advise to decide to formally deny the Appeal for expiration.
