UPON THESE GROUNDS Ruling in a public hearing following full trial on criminal matters in first resort, the Court: Declares K.B. guilty of the acts alleged against him; In repression, sentences him to a 36 (thirty-six) months suspended prison term; Condemns K.B to pay the costs. In witness whereof the judgement has been signed by the President and the Registrar on the above-mentioned days, months and years.
