convict’s colleagues even came to the hospital to make a settlement with the complainant, and suggested they pay 5,000 pounds to leave the subject. All these facts indicate without a doubt that the convicted sexually harassed the victim. She is also a child from the evidences, and the conviction was without question under article 45 of child code of 2010 completely right. In conclusion, there is no contradiction between the statements of the complainant, the victim or other pieces of evidences.
