UPON THESE GROUNDS Ruling in a public hearing after full trial in a criminal court in first resort the court; Declares E.R.A guilty of the charges of human trafficking against her; In repression, sentences her to 12 (twelve) months suspended prison term and a fine of CFAF five million (5,000,000); In addition, condemns her to pay the costs.
