Whereas (name) and (name) desire to intermarry, and sufficient cause has been shown to me why the preliminaries required by the Marriage Act should be dispensed with: Now, therefore, in pursuance of that Act, I dispense with the giving of notice and the issue of the certificate prescribed by the Act, and authorise any registrar of marriages, or recognised minister of some religious denomination or body to celebrate marriage between (name) and (name), at (place of celebration), within days from the date of this licence.
