The appellant, dissatisfied with the judgment of the Court of First Instance against the respondent in a division of inheritance proceeding, appealed to the Bamako Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal largely upheld the judgment. The appellant appealed in cassation; the Supreme Court annulled the ruling again and referred the parties to the Bamako Court of Appeal. Thus, the Court of Appeal upheld the judgment of the tribunal in all its provisions.
