However, having carefully evaluated the evidence, I find that the prosecution's case was riddled with
inconsistencies which did not warrant a conviction. In the end, I uphold the appeal, quash the conviction
and set aside the sentence. I order that the Appellant be forthwith set free unless he is otherwise
lawfully held.
