III. COURT DECISION [10] Holds that the appeal filed by HABINSHUTI Jean Claude is unfounded. [11] HOLDS that judgement RP 0123/15 / TGI / HYE decided on 16/07/2015 by the Huye High Court is unchanged. The sentence of life imprisonment with special provisions imposed on HABINSHUTI Jean Claude remains.
