Appellant raised his case before the Trial Court claiming recovery of the amount paid for the official engagement, alleging that his prospective wife retreated the engagement which she denies. The Supreme Court agrees in general with the decision of the Court of Appeal. Items received by the retreating party shall be returned. The case is referred back to the Trial Court.
