Final orders 1-We quash the court of appeal decision declaring the acquittal of the first accused. 2- We uphold the court of first instance decision convicting the first accused under section 45 – B and the imprisonment imposed upon him 3- we uphold the court of appeal decision quashing the conviction of the second accused under section 76 – of the criminal law Act read with section 144 of the same Act.
