(7) Where the Court deems that the health, bodily, mental or
psychological condition of the Child requires his examination,
before determining the suit, it shall transfer him to the
competent official medical bodies, together with staying the suit,
pending the examination being made, and receipt of a report
thereon.
(8) Where a Child and adults jointly commit one act, his trial shall
be separated; and the Child shall not be brought in the criminal
trial of the adults. Where the same is not possible, a
representative thereof shall be appointed to attend the trial
sittings.
Visit to remand and instruction homes
66.
The prosecution attorney and magistrate of child court shall
visit remand homes, instruction homes and social care
institutions within their jurisdiction continuously to see Children
arrested or convicted and any of them may take appropriate
directives.
Sentences transferred from Criminal
Courts to the Child Court
67.(1) A Criminal Court, in case of conviction of a Child, shall not
pass any sentence, or measures against the Child, and shall
send the record to the Child Court, or any body, as it may
deem fit, to decide as the same may deem appropropriate in
respect thereof.
